Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. International delivery (if applicable) may take 7–15 business days depending on location and customs clearance.

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery. Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout, and promotions such as free shipping may apply.

Delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or courier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. We are not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7–14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns for used, damaged, or altered items, or for requests made after the return period. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
